    This is an awesome image. I like the isolation of the flower that depicts solitude very well. Also very nice composition using the rules of thirds. And tack sharp, nice DOF The only comment I would give is to use the clone tool and fill up the upper halve of the image with the same bokeh. This makes a nice calendar image. Keep them coming 🙂

    • Thank you for this! I added the photo with the cloning. I also learned the importance of proper archiving, because it took me a long time to find the photo, import it in lightroom and export it again.

    Looks way better already, the distractions are disappearing, I like it.
    And yes archiving is not so easy. We had an old dog that we had to let go in August and decided to make a book of the photo’s we had. It took me two whole evenings to find the 100 photo’s we wanted to use, despite the fact that I create directories with date and content but it was 12 years of looking in a lot of directories.
